A Place for Everyone

Setting a table can be one of the most creative things you do on a daily basis. I always try to add some flair with the place setting, napkin or even name card. I've created some wood slice name cards we used for Thanksgiving. Here's how.
1. Cut a tree limb of desirable size, mine was 4"
2. Use colored pencils to write the persons name
3. Hot glue a patch of moss
4. Add paper cut out shape, in this case I used a bird that my cricut expressions machine cut
5. Glue a sprig of berry
*note: wood slices will be wet so they will leave a ring on a wood table. My suggestion is to cut the limb a week or so prior to using it.*
